What is CBD oil?

CBD is sourced from the hemp plant. As it’s oil soluble, it is often mixed with hemp, coconut or olive oil to enhance its absorption. This CBD plus oil mixture is known as CBD oil. CBD is extracted from non-marijuana strains of the cannabis plant. The marijuana plant and the hemp plant are both from the ‘cannabis’ family, but the latter does not contain sufficient amounts of an ingredient known as THC.

Is CBD bad for you?

The simple answer is "no". Because of its origin, CBD has developed a bad reputation, and is often associated with the drug ‘marijuana’.

However, CBD is an ingredient sourced from certain hemp plants that are bred to provide health benefits.

Is CBD oil legal in the UK?

Is CBD safe for my pets?

Will CBD get me high?

Are there side effects of CBD?

Side effects are extremely rare. Taking too much CBD too quickly may make you feel a little tired or give you loose bowels. If this happens take a little less for a while to allow your body to get used to the CBD

Will taking CBD help my illness?

Can children take CBD?
